DELIVERY POLICY
At our handmade treats store, we prioritise freshness above all else. That's why we don't keep ready-made treats in our kitchen, we will start processing the treats once an order has been placed, thus delivery for all items will be within 3-5 working days at a flat rate of $4, free delivery for orders above $50. If there are any changes to our delivery schedule, we'll be sure to update you. Thank you for choosing our store for your pup's craving.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Secrets to Taming, we take pride in the quality of our homemade dog treats. However, if the treats are damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damage along with your invoice and send it to our customer service within 72 hours. If you change your mind placing an order, you may only cancel if we have not yet booked the courier service. Please note that a 5% charge will be non-refundable as it covers transaction fees. Unfortunately, we cannot allow exchanges due to hygiene concerns. Thank you for your understanding.
